We have three health centres located at Grandview Road, Pukete Road and Thomas Road. Each centre consists of an extended general practice team who work together to provide you with the very best health care possible.
At NorthCare we are an integrated family health centre, which means we have a wide range of health professionals who work together from our rooms and in the community. You can access your records online, and send your GP a secure message at anytime and from anywhere.

If we can we will provide help or advice over the phone or online to save you a visit to your health centre. We also allow you to manage some of your own health checks using the self service kiosk in our waiting room.
