White online® is New Zealand’s people and business search service that enables you to find who you need. Searching for someone is simple: just enter the name of who you want to find (“who”) and the location they are in (“where”) and we’ll do the rest. You can also browse for businesses using the Quickfinder categories (Business, Government and Medical category browser on the homepage) You'll notice several elements that appear on every page of White Pages online®: These elements enable easy access to essential functions and provide a consistent way for you to locate important information from anywhere in White Pages online®. There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to find someone on White pages online, such as confidential listings. If you are certain the number should be listed, here are some things you can do: If you know of a business that isn’t online, and you would like to request it, you can suggest a business by completing our Suggest a business form. Yellow® network uses the Google Maps Application. You will need Javascript enabled on your browser in order to view the maps. This is managed differently on each system so check with your browser help menu to find the right way for your computer. On all search results and listing pages you will see a map with coloured pins. If you do not see a particular person’s address on a map then most likely they have requested to not be shown. If full address details have been provided (number, street, suburb/city) then a map will display. Listings with PO Boxes or incomplete addresses will not display a map. I don’t want a map with my listing, what do I do? It’s easy to remove a map. Simply email us via our contact us page or call us on 0800 803 803 and we’ll remove the map for you. Most requests will be processed within a week however if you request is urgent please call us and we will remove this within one business day. The Get Directions data is driven by the Google Maps Application. Simply enter the location you want to travel from and the location you want to travel to (or select a business from the list). You can even enter a stop off point! The application will then show you a way to get from point A to point B (or C). When search results are limited, an automatic expansion filter is applied to bring up related searches across New Zealand. This can be turned off by clicking on the Filters menu then un-checking “Search expanded locations” and “Apply filters” button. If full address details have been provided (number, street, suburb/city) then a map will display. Listings with PO Boxes or incomplete addresses will not display a map.
